Taconic Project - Greenwich, CT

This client was looking for a warm, cozy & calming look for their sitting room off the master bedroom. We created the illusion of a larger window using window treatments to draw the eye up to the height of the bookshelves. The client’s sofa and chairs were a meaningful family heirloom. We reupholstered them in soft & textured cream fabrics and added color with new pillows. The textured wallpaper on the back of the built-ins created interest and warmth. We finished off this space with a new coffee table, lamps and shelf styling! Now this client has a place to curl up and read a good book.
